I have a couple of DS10s with 4.0G installed and they boot fine
but I don't have the password to login.

How do I get it to boot into single user mode, and if there can I
edit the password file?

Can I use a 4.0G CD to 'fix'the installation so I can log in?

Any other recommendations?

Hi all,

My memory channel hub on my TruCluster has died, but my cluster only has
2 members now.

Can anybody tell me which jumers I need to change to switch it to direct
mode rather than hub mode on a CCMAB-AA (54-24962-01)?

Regards,

Bruce

Hi all,

The solution is in:

The J1 jumper holds the key here: J1 -> 2&3 on master MC node and open
on slave MC node.

J3 & J4 still have to be consistant.

Also useful to run mc_diag & mc_cable from the SRM prompt.

Thanks to Harry Eleftheriou and Thierry FAIDHERBE

Regards,

Bruce
